Who we are and the scope of this policy
HELIX Quantum Limited is a company registered in the British Virgin Islands (BVI). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit this website or contact us about our business.
For personal data covered by this policy, HELIX Quantum Limited acts as the data controller. This policy covers the corporate website and enquiries sent to contact@helixquantum.io. A product, investment mandate or other service may be subject to a separate privacy notice provided during the relevant onboarding or contracting process.

Personal data we collect
We collect only the information relevant to operating the website and responding to enquiries:
- Information you provide. Your name, email address, organisation, role, the subject of your enquiry and any other information you choose to include in an email to us.
- Technical and usage data. Our hosting provider may process an IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device information, referring and requested pages, timestamps, and security or diagnostic logs when the website is requested.
This website does not currently provide account registration, an on-site enquiry form, payments, wallet connections or a live product application. We do not currently use advertising trackers or optional website analytics.

How and why we use personal data
We use personal data to:
- deliver, maintain, secure and troubleshoot the website;
- respond to enquiries and communicate about a possible business relationship;

Providing enquiry information is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond without sufficient contact details and context.

The website is hosted by Vercel. Website requests may therefore be processed on infrastructure located outside the BVI, including in jurisdictions where Vercel and its infrastructure providers operate. You can review the Vercel Privacy Notice for information about Vercel’s handling of data.
Where personal data is transferred outside the BVI, we take steps required by applicable law, including using appropriate safeguards or obtaining consent where required.

Retention and security
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to an enquiry, maintaining appropriate business records, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary with the nature of the information and the relevant legal or operational need.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

This website is intended for people aged 18 or over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the website.
External websites operate under their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for how those third parties handle personal data.
